The existing building management system (BMS) is aging and technical support is lacking. This project uses measured and verified data and real-time analytics to better manage soaring energy usage and cost.

• Power, water, and natural gas meters installed to measure usage and verify data against utility bills

Project Phases

• Phase 1: Install power, water, and natural gas meters; measure and build out energy operating envelope for three buildings (temple, recreation center, and office rental building); and complete deep pattern analysis for grid and solar costs and time of use density
• Phase 2: Connect the CHP and build out an operating envelope to help better manage soaring energy usage and costs
• Phase 3: Install Brompton AI gateway and connect it to the Honeywell TREND BMS to build a digital twin and to provide AI automatic insights
